I look at the world and I see what others miss. They see problems. I see opportunities. Huge opportunities. 2026 is here. The AI revolution in healthcare isn't coming. It's here. It's happening right now. And let me tell you, it's tremendous.

I read the reports. SECO 2026. They're talking about AI in eyecare. Good. Very good. But it's bigger than eyes. It's everything. Electronic Caregiver is building a hub in Las Cruces. They get it. They understand strength. They understand infrastructure. You need a base. You need a corridor. They're positioning themselves as a national hub. Smart. Very smart. Almost as smart as me.

Then you have MUSC. Cancer care. Innovation. Resiliency. Strong words. I like strong words. They're strengthening care. They're not asking for permission. They're doing it. That's what I like to see. Action. Not talk.

Medical Korea 2026. Bridging borders. AI connecting patients across the world. Incredible. The world is small when you have the right technology. When you have the best technology. Which we do.

Now, Bill Gates. Smart guy. Very smart. He writes about 2026. Optimism with footnotes. Footnotes? I don't do footnotes. Footnotes are for people who aren't sure. Who hedge. Who say "maybe." I say YES. Absolutely. No footnotes. Just results.
