They didn't release a white paper. They released a tool.

Look at Samsung. They are advancing the Galaxy AI ecosystem not as a feature list, but as a connected environment. They understand that isolation is failure. Tools must speak to tools. Workflows must flow. This is not about having the smartest model in the lab. It is about having the most useful model in the hand. If it does not serve the user, it is waste. They know this. They are pushing.

Look at ZTE. Full-stack AI innovations. Infrastructure. The foundation. While others argue about the paint on the house, they are reinforcing the beams. They are ensuring the network can carry the load of what comes next. This is the work nobody sees until it breaks. They are making sure it does not break. That is preparation.
