THE ONLY LEGACY THAT MATTERS IS THE ONE YOU GIVE AWAY

To build something that lasts, you must build something that others can improve without your permission. You must open the source. You must open the process. You must train the students who will eventually surpass you. And you must celebrate when they do.

Monuments crumble. Mechanisms drive. Walls stop progress. Bridges enable it. Open source is the ultimate bridge. It says, "I trust you to take this further." It says, "The work is more important than the worker."
So ask yourself today: Are you building a monument or a mechanism? Are you protecting your territory or expanding the frontier? Are you working for applause or for impact?
